ESMT was looking for a reliable and robust solution, to serve as Student Information System, to manage and automate processes under Degree Programs, which counts approximately up to 400 students. Solution will be touching core processes under Program Management, considered as key functionality, and consequently Student Services and Career Service processes.
HEDA Application, based on Salesforce platform, became a solution of choice, which served following major project objectives:
– Manage and streamline student and program related information and serve as a single source of truth with 360 degree view of data.
– Simplify and automate daily operational and administrative tasks, activities and routine.
