Salesforce Strategy Optimization for a leading Sales Consulting Company
Project overview
Challenge
Salesgenetics developed Way2Sell, a plug & play toolset that supports the entire sales cycle from initiating new business, managing opportunities and developing account plans and can be tailored to various segments (e.g. Inside Sales, SME, Large Enterprise, etc.).
The application was built using TypeScript and connected to Salesforce via Canvas causing issues with data management and overall speed.
Solution
We’ve took a gradual approach of moving modules to LWC via Lightning Out, which allowed us to keep adding new modules to the tool and slowly migrate existing ones to LWC seamlessly to application users.
We’ve used D3 JavaScript library to draw dynamic interactive charts and employee trees. With Lightning Web Security in place, we were able to achieve more native interaction between LWC and
3rd party JavaScript.
PptxGenJs library was used to produce PowerPoint generation with data from Salesforce Platform on the fly.
Business value
Native integration with Salesforce platform
Improved App Speed
Enhanced App Visuals
Maintenance of functionality with salesforce updates
Features
Streamlined and smooth LWC performance
