Consulting workflow
Understand requirements and project scope
The definition of the end-goal and high-level expectations including business process gaps, special customer requirements is key. Especially if the client is not yet familiar with the solutions Salesforce offers.
Analyze scope, viability and propose a solution
We estimate the project scope and analyze what your system is already capable of, how it’s implemented and identify potential process pain-points. In the end of this step we choose a (set of) Salesforce solution(s) we use in the project.
The client's validation and approval
We evaluate the solution proposed by us together with the client. After coming to an agreement we choose the expert(s) from our team who have the most suitable skillset to achieve your goals.
Plan the phases and milestones with timelines
We plan the project implementation process by translating the high-level requirements derived your from your expectations into a solution design which can be used as a blueprint by your internal team and by Nubessom, depending on who takes the next steps.
Implementation, status updates and reporting
Based on the solution design’s end-result, the development and implementation is done by one or more of our experts in cooperation with the client’s internal team or in the completely by your internal team with our guidance. Regular status updates and reports are expected until completed.
Solution deployment and going live
Ensuring smooth deployment and putting your Salesforce solution live for your organization. We are always here to help you manage your newly implemented Salesforce service.
