What will you be doing

• Understand the trends in the Salesforce CRM industry to provide content ideas to the marketing team.
• Create content and upload it to the company site (WordPress - Elementor). Approx 2-3 contents per month.

Business Analyst / Salesforce Solution Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst / Salesforce Solution Consultant to join our team. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet those needs. This individual will also play a key role in the ongoing support and maintenance of our Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet those needs

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their requirements, provide guidance and support, and ensure that their needs are met

- Work with our Salesforce development team to design and implement custom solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules

- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and related technologies, providing guidance and training to clients and internal stakeholders

- Monitor and maintain the performance of Salesforce solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications:
