– Work with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet those needs
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their requirements, provide guidance and support, and ensure that their needs are met
– Work with our Salesforce development team to design and implement custom solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
– Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and related technologies, providing guidance and training to clients and internal stakeholders
– Monitor and maintain the performance of Salesforce solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed
– Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations on how these can be used to improve our clients’ solutions
– Support internal development team and Client with testing and quality assurance activities
– Support Sales Team with pre-sales activities, such as solution demos, requirement discovery calls, etc.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
– At least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Solution Consultant
– Strong understanding of Salesforce and related technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
– Experience with Salesforce integration, including data migration and third-party integration
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex business requirements
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Salesforce certifications are a plus
