Education Cloud + Experience Cloud for KHDA

The challenge

Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority, responsible for the quality of private education in the emirate, needed a better way to engage institutions through the admission, review and licensing process using modern, efficient technology.

Our solution

We set up Service Cloud to process licence submissions with request and approval review automation, and implemented Experience Cloud so KHDA representatives and education providers could collaborate directly — adding a channel for licensing and general requests with full status tracking.
