Industry Cloud for a combined energy and MVNO provider

The challenge

Volton, a Greek renewable energy provider that also runs an MVNO telecoms business, needed one platform for two very different sectors — without maintaining separate customer databases, and with cross-sell visibility, partner onboarding and consistent omnichannel support.

Our solution

We implemented Energy Cloud and Communications Cloud side by side with a Customer 360 view aggregating both sectors, analytics to surface cross-sell patterns for personalised campaigns, a Partner Community for distributors and retailers, and Service Cloud omnichannel support across chat, social and call centre.
