The challenge
TheDO School uses Salesforce to track a global community of over 10,000 Doers as a talent pool for future programmes, and needed better data quality and entry, stronger reporting and analytics, email notification automation and a guided import process to replace external tools.
Our solution
We set up a continuous development, testing and deployment cycle that scaled with the business, created a custom Program Contact object to track applicants, participants, experts and contributors, configured an import workflow for Dreamapply, Pre Screen and pipeline partner sources, and implemented matching rules for RSVPs against contacts and campaigns.
