The challenge
Groundbreaker, which funds residential software engineering scholarships for women in Sub-Saharan Africa, needed secure automated student information handling, a balanced holistic scoring model, end-to-end application review automation and analytics on applications and satisfaction.
Our solution
Delivered pro bono under our Pledge 1% commitment: an automated application page and admission pipeline, a central CRM for students, guardians, trainers, coaches and mentors, an enhanced scoring system with transparent multistep review logging, and surveys at every education stage feeding a comprehensive reporting layer.
