The challenge

Germany's highest-ranked business school needed a robust Student Information System to manage and automate degree programme processes for roughly 400 students, covering programme management, student services and career services, with mobile access and deep reporting.

Our solution

We selected and architected HEDA on the Salesforce platform, working closely with the ESMT working group on the architectural landscape and delivery structure across student core data, academic records, course registration, curriculum and scheduling, search and reporting, communication, case management, relations and financial records — phased from basic setup through to the Experience Cloud student portal.
