OluOlu Foods, a pioneering brand in African and exotic health foods, has been delivering high-quality products to retail, wholesale, and foodservice sectors for over 30 years. The company evolved from Olu Olu Wineries in Nigeria to a renowned name in premium African foods.
OluOlu Foods had implemented a fully customized Salesforce solution that required significant refinement. The primary issues included an overly complex main app interface and an unnecessarily complex data model, both of which failed to meet client expectations and confused users. The challenges were compounded by a complicated custom UI that further hindered user experience.
