About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce implementations and digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, consultants, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across different industries
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and project updates
– Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
– Define project scope, create timelines, track progress, and manage resources
– Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise
– Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
– Ensure project documentation is up to date, including status reports, roadmaps, and post-implementation reviews
– Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce products and updates to guide project success
– Support the pre-sales process by assisting in project estimations and client presentations
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
– Minimum of 4+ years of experience in project management within IT or Salesforce consulting environments
– Experience managing multiple Salesforce implementations or similar CRM projects
– Strong knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid project delivery models
– Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage remote teams effectively
– Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
– Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
– PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications are a plus
– Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required

Business Analyst / Salesforce Solution Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst / Salesforce Solution Consultant to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet those needs. This individual will also play a key role in the ongoing support and maintenance of our Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet those needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their requirements, provide guidance and support, and ensure that their needs are met
- Work with our Salesforce development team to design and implement custom solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and related technologies, providing guidance and training to clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain the performance of Salesforce solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations on how these can be used to improve our clients’ solutions
- Support internal development team and Client with testing and quality assurance activities
- Support Sales Team with pre-sales activities, such as solution demos, requirement discovery calls, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Solution Consultant
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and related technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Experience with Salesforce integration, including data migration and third-party integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex business requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salesforce certifications are a plus

Overview
The Salesforce Developer is a multidimensional position covering technology, process and system strategies for the Operations and Development team. The Salesforce Developer shall develop and implement solutions for existing and evolving Salesforce environment.
Educational Background
University Bachelor’s degree required. Strong preference for degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field. and extensive (> 5 year) experience in an Information Technology role.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce developer required.
- SFDC platform developer I and II, App builder certification preferred
- Familiarity with sales, service and marketing processes
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features and governor limits
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and designs
- Experience working with VisualForce pages, Lightning, Apex programming required
- Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and various web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Javascript, JS frameworks like Angular, Bootstrap) preferred
- Experience using SOAP, REST and other communication protocols and mechanisms

Essential Functions
- Co-owns the architectural solution design of our Salesforce platform.
- Designs and develops Salesforce solutions in a Salesforce platform for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud.
- Develops and customizes applications using Apex classes, Visualforce, Force.com, workflows, SOQL, Application Programming Interface (API) and Web Services.
- Utilizes JavaScript, SOAP, API, HTML5, CSS and Web Services in the development of Salesforce and JIRA solutions.
- Integrates data between web-based/SaaS using data integration tools.
- Participates in project planning sessions with stakeholders to analyze technical needs and outline technical requirements and solutions.
- Provides comprehensive technical support during the application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and implementation.
- Adheres to agile methodology, the development of continuous integration, test driven development and agile productivity tools in the development of solutions.
